- Package cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of icing sugar
- 1 small lemon juice and grated rind
- 1/2 cup whipping cream (whipped)
Beat cream cheese add icing sugar, cream well and add grated lemon rind and 1 tbs fresh lemon juice. Fold in whipped cream into crease mixture just until evenly blended. Pour filling into cooled pie crust. Arrange Berries over entire pie. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Keeps good for 2 days.
