• 1 tbsp yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 cups of flour
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • Cinnamon

Soak 1 tbs yeast, 1 tsp sugar 1/4 cup luke warm water. 3 cups flour, 1 cup margarine, 3 tbs sugar, 1/4 tsp salt. Mix as for pie dough, beat 2 eggs, 1/2 cup milk. Add yeast, mix into flour mix with fork or spoon. Put in fridge over night. Makes 7 foil pie plates of kucka. In the morning, roll to fit pans leaving a little edge prick with a fork. DO NOT GREASE PANS, let rise for an hour.

Filling: beat 3 eggs well slowly add 1 cup white sugar, beat until thick. Add 1 1/2 tbs flour, 1 1/2 cups (store bought) sour cream, pinch of salt. Beat well and divide evenly over 7 kucka. Sugar and Cinnamon mixture – sprinkle over top. Bake 350 for 15 min.
